Refund policy

At Vigotra, we stand behind the quality of our supplements and your satisfaction is our priority. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — with a few important conditions due to the nature of our consumable products.


Important Note on Consumables

Because our supplements are consumable items, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging.
Opened or used bottles are not eligible for return or refund, in compliance with health and safety guidelines.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on where and how to send your item

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used bottles

  • Perishable goods, custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different product, please initiate a return for your eligible item and place a new order separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, contact us at contact@vigotra.com.
