Shipping policy
At Vigotra, we partner with leading international carriers including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These trusted partners collaborate with local couriers to deliver your order directly to your doorstep. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping for your convenience.
Order Processing & Verification
All orders and payments undergo verification and approval before shipment, which may take a few business days. To prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or requiring further verification may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Process
Typically, we require 1-3 business days to process your order and transfer it to the carrier’s sorting facility. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may extend up to 5 business days, especially for popular or backordered items.
Once your order is in our shipping department, changes—including address updates—cannot be made. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We ship only on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Orders with multiple items may arrive separately, depending on manufacturing locations.
Tracking
All shipments come with tracking numbers. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Some carriers may take a few days to update tracking information. If it’s been over 5 business days without updates, please contact us for assistance.

While we strive for timely delivery, Vigotra is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather, holidays, labor disputes, or other uncontrollable events.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Vigotra cannot predict or cover these fees. Refused shipments returned to us may incur import taxes and return shipping costs payable by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Vigotra is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. If tracking confirms delivery but you haven’t received your package, please report the issue to your shipping carrier to file a claim.
Note: We rely on carrier delivery confirmation and timestamps when reviewing claims. Claims must be reported promptly to be considered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. Orders are processed immediately, and once shipped, address changes are not possible.
